Naked 3 Looks

*Re Uploaded from old Blog.

Hey Loves! I'm back with 3 more looks using the Naked 3 Palette by Urban Decay. My first look I created is my favorite of these three. I started by applying the color Stange all over my lid and then took the color Limit and put this in and right above my crease. With Limit don't worry about being very precise just make sure you are darkening the crease up, this will be our transition shade. After that take the color Nooner and put this directly in the crease. Be more precise with this color and blend blend blend. After doing that, I went back in with the color Limit and softened the top part of Nooner. Lastly, I went in with the color Blackheart and placed a small amount in the outer corner of my lid. For this look don't be afraid to switch back and forth between colors. Just keep adding more and blending until you are satisfied with your look.
For my Second look, I created a soft romantic look. I started by placing the color Limit all over my lid. Then I went in with the color Trick directly in the center of my lid to really add definition to this area. Next I went in with the color Factory and placed this on the outer part of my lid. This gave just a subtle change in color. For the crease I went in with the color Mugshot. Don't be afraid to add colors to your crease that are not matte, you can make them work! Just be sure to blend and your look will turn out beautiful. Lastly I placed Strange on my browbone and inner corner! <3 class="separator" data-blogger-escaped-div="" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
For the third and final look I created a much darker look. I took the color Burnout and placed this in the inner third of my eye. Be sure to really pack on the color here where it will stand out for the finished look. Next I placed the color Blackheart all over the rest of my lid. After doing this I went back in with Burnout and tried to blend where these 2 colors meet making sure there were no harsh lines. When working with a dark color all over your lid I think it is really important to go into the crease with lighter color to really soften up the look and to blend out any lines that may be there. To do this I took the color Nooner and softly blended this into the crease. To finish this look I popped Strange on my browbone and called it good!
Well Loves, I hoped you enjoyed! Let me know which look was your favorite!

Naked 2 Looks

*Re-uploaded from old Blog.

Hey Loves, I'm back again with 3 looks that I created using the Naked 2 Palette from Urban Decay. Lets get started! For my first look I went for a softer look that was simple to create.
Keep in mind that I edited the top two pictures on instagram with different effects. I like showing you how these eye looks can really make your eyes pop! The third picture is true to color. For this look I used the color Suspect all over the lid and placed Tease right above the crease. To darken up the look I took the shade Blackout and place it in the outer V of my eye. I brought the color Blackout into the crease just using what was left on the brush. Lastly, I placed Verve in my inner corner and Foxy on my browbone. Now for the 2nd look!
This look turned out to be my favorite of the 3 and is the most dramatic. I used Verve on a wet brush on the inner 3rd of my eye and Half Baked also on a wet brush on the outer 2 thirds. Using a wet brush really intensifies their colors. I used the color Tease right above my crease and again used Blackout in my outer V. This time I made the V much more bold and really packed on the color. I again brought the shade Blackout into the Crease adding a slight amount of product. After adding Blackout to the crease make sure to go back in with Tease and blend these two shades together. Lastly, I placed Foxy on the browbone.
The 3rd look came out to be the lightest look of the 3. I used the color Bootycall on the the inner 3rd of my eye and Chopper on the outer 2 thirds. After doing this I placed Busted on the outer part of my eye creating a very small V. I used the remaining product on my brush and blended Busted into the crease. To soften the crease more I took the shade Tease and blended these two together. Lastly, once again I placed Foxy on the browbone. Well that's it for now. Thanks Loves!

Naked Palette Looks

Hi Loves,

Just re uploading an old blog to my new blog site. Thanks for reading!

I'm back! I had a few requests to do some looks with these palettes so that's what I'm going to do! I did these looks just using the eye shadows from Naked Palette, no others. I went ahead and created 3 different looks but trust me, there are many more! I hope you all enjoy and if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask! Here is my first look!
I started with taking the shade Buck (#1 from the picture above) and applied it in my crease. After doing that I applied the color Half Baked (#2) and applied it in the inner third of my lid. Then I took the shade Smog (#3) and applied it on the outer two thirds of my eye lid. Make sure you blend these colors where there are no harsh lines. I like to take my brush I used to apply the crease color (without adding any more product)and just go back through and blend, blend and BLEND! After using Smog I wanted to really darken up the outer part of my lid so I took the color Darkhorse (#4) and created a sideways "V" in the outer corner of my eye. After doing this I just took the rest of the product on my brush and filled in the middle of that "V" with darkhorse. Make sure you blend again! That is key to creating a successful look! After that, I took the shade Virgin (#5) and applied it to my browbone and my tear duct. Lastly, if you wanted to create a little more dramatic look; take the colors Smog (#3) and place this on the outer two thirds of your lower lash line. For the inner third use the color Half Baked (#2) and blend it into the color smog. To finish this look, I just added some black eyeliner and applied some false lashes! Now for the second look!! This one is really simple.
To start this look I took the color Naked (#1 in the picture above) and applied it to my crease. Next I took Gunmetal (#2) and applied it all over my lid and Creep (#3) in the outer third of my lid. After blending and making sure there were no harsh lines I went in and applied Virgin (#4) to my browbone and my tear duct. Again if you want to make this look a little more dramatic apply Creep (#4) to the outer third of your lower lash line and Gunmetal to your inner two thirds. To finish this look I just used a navy eyeliner and a few coats of mascara. Now for the third and final look!
To start this look, I again started with the crease color Naked (#1 in the picture above). After that I placed the color Sidecar (#2) all over the lid. I wanted to darken this look a little but not to much so I added the color Hustle (#3) in the outer "V" of my eye. After making sure there were no harsh lines I placed Virgin (#4) on the browbone once again. Lastly, I took the color Sin (#5) and applied it to tear duct. I finished this look with black eyeliner and false lashes. Thats all for now. :)I hope you all enjoyed! Comment down below and let me know which look was your favorite.

The Perfect Threesome

Hi Loves,

This is an older blog I am just re-uploading to my new blog. Thanks for reading!

My guess is that some of you are wondering what in the world I am talking about. I mean "The Perfect Threesome" is quite an interesting title to have in a blog post. Before you get your panties in a wad let me explain. As I was looking around on Ulta's website a few weeks ago I happened to see that they were referring to Urban Decay's Naked palettes as The Perfect Threesome. For those of you that don't know what Ulta is, it is a makeup store kind of like Sephora but they have drugstore products as well. This really got me thinking, because I just so happen to own all 3 of those palettes and let me tell you, I love them! I feel that every women needs to own at least 1 of these palettes. There are so many different looks you can achieve with just one of these Naked palettes let alone all 3 of them. I wanted to start off by showing you all different swatches and my opinions on each palette. With that all being said, if people are interested I can make a post about looks I create using these palettes.
The first palette of this threesome is the Urban Decay Naked. This is my personal favorite. I think. :) This palette has 2 matte shades and 10 shimmer. It also comes with a flat shader brush that is really good for packing on color. This palette has my least favorite packaging though. It closes with magnets. I have never had any problems traveling with this palette but I would suggest traveling with the other 2 rather than this one.The names of the swatches below in order from left to right are: Virgin, Sin, Naked, Sidecar, Buck, Half Baked, Smog, Darkhorse, Toasted, Hustle, Creep and Gunmetal. My personal favorites are Half Baked and Smog.
Next up is the Naked 2 Palette. It has 3 matte colors and 9 shimmer. This palette comes with a double sided brush and is my favorite brush from the 3 palettes. The brush is a flat shader on one side and a fluffy blending brush on the other. There is one shade from this palette that is a repeat from the original Naked palette and that is Half Baked. This palette has a snap closure and has a much sturdier packaging. The names of the swatches from left to right are: Foxy, Half Baked, Bootycall, Chopper, Tease, Snakebite, Suspect, Pistol, Verve, YDK, Busted and Blackout. My personal favorites are Foxy, Chopper and Blackout.
Lastly, The Naked 3 palette that just came out a few months ago. This packaging is very similar to the Naked 2 but I think it is even prettier. The first 2 Naked palettes were more on the neutral side where this one has more rose-gold shades, making it the most unique of the 3. It also comes with a double sided brush that has a flat shader brush and a fluffy brush that I use for my crease. The names of the shades in this palette from left to right are: Strange, Dust, Burnout, Limit, Buzz, Trick, Nooner, Liar, Factory, Mugshot, Darkside and Blackheart. My personal favorite are Trick, Factory and Blackheart.
Finally, lets talk about price. They run for $52 a piece. I know what you're thinking....thats a lot of money. However, there are 12 shades in each palette and also a brush. If you divide 52 by the number of shades that narrows it down to $4.33 for each eyeshadow and you get a free brush. Also these eyeshadows are very pigmented and will last you a really long time. If any of you are interested in theses palettes you can get them at Ulta, Sephora or Urban Decay's Website. I personally suggest Ulta because they run 20% off your purchase pretty often and most of the time (not always) you can use that for one of these palettes. However, Sephora does have a better reward system and their samples are better if you decide to order online. Well I guess that is all I have to say. If you have any questions or would like to see a look just say so in the comments. Thanks <3

Naked Smoky Review and Eye Looks

Hi Loves!

I finally decided to give my blog some love and even did a little revamping! I hope you guys enjoy. I've missed doing these blogs so I thought I would get back at it. Thanks for reading :)

As you all may know I am a huge Urban Decay fan. I love their palettes especially their Naked palettes. I also love smokey eyes on top of that. So as soon as I laid eyes on the Naked Smoky I knew it was going to be mine!! Just look at the packaging for starters....by far the prettiest of all the Naked palettes.

You can even see through the back of it, as if that matters.

Most people are not going to buy a palette solely on the packaging so let's see what beauty lies inside.

Shade names from Left to Right: High, Dirtysweet, Radar, Armor, Slanted, Dagger, Black Market, Smolder, Password, Whiskey, Combust, and Thirteen

Lastly, I'm sure you would like to see what kind of looks you can achieve with this palette. :D

For the first look I started off with something a little more subtle. I wanted to show that even though this palette is call the Smoky palette that you can very easily get an everyday wearable eye look. For this look I started of applying the shade Thirteen all over the lid. I then went in with the shade Combust and applied this in my crease and slightly above. To add more dimension I went in with Whiskey and applied this to the outer "V" of the eye and blended just slightly into the outer part of my crease. Lastly just to touch up I went back in with Thirteen to the inner part of my eyelid to finish the look off,

For the second look I took it up a notch.

For this look I started with applying Combust as a transition shade slightly above my crease. Secondly, I went in with Dagger and applied it in my crease as well as the inner and outer corner. Everything beside the very center of you lid should should be covered. I went back in with Combust just to make sure there were no harsh lines. Lastly I went in with the shade High and applied this to the remaining part of my lid.

The last look I did is the most dramatic but definitely is not the last look you could achieve with this palette. This palette is very versatile and can create many beautiful looks.

I started this look by applying Password to by crease. I then applied Slanted to my inner corner. Next I applied Smolder to the rest of my eye lid. To really add to the smokiness I went in with Black Market to the outer "V" of my lid. I did this a few times to build up the color, blending it out with Password each time. I wanted to make sure that you could see the color difference between Black Market and Smolder so I applied and blended these too until I felt that I achieved what I wanted. I felt that I wanted a little more in this look so I added Dirtysweet to my tear duct and blended it into my inner corner. I still felt that I needed something else so I took Dirtysweet almost as an eyeliner and applied directly above my lashes. I also took Smolder and smudged this on my lower lash line for an even more smokey look. To finish this look off I took High and applied it onto my brow bone.

Hope you all enjoyed the looks and if you have any questions please feel free to ask! Thanks for reading and until next time! Byyye Loves.
